Case Studies

  • The Client runs an annual event with a cost budget that needed to drop from $4.8m to $3.3m so it was more in line with revenue projections.

    We were able to settle with all suppliers at $3.18m with some great credit terms and keeping the operations and sales team happy with the end product.

  • The client came to us complaining about increasing rate costs. We instantly got to work and within 2 week settled much better terms for the client with savings of $7,600.

  • The client was going back and forth over a commission payment worth $80k to the client. The contract was never signed, the terms could be interpreted many ways and the other party was a multinational with a big legal team. After two months the client had completely given up until we got wind of it ( I mean they didn’t even have a signed contract and it wasn’t clear if the client had even hit the target to be eligible ).

    We were able to help the client settle through implied consent, go hard at the terms and land with $50k in cash and $15k in in-kind benefits.

  • The Client had a big inventory timing issue. They had to navigate paying for stock and marketing with a 1-2 month turn around on sales. The issue was they only had 20% of the cash flow requirements of the costs to get the stock in time and continue their ad purchases.
